I'd like Paladin
in AO. Will put the builds closer to ma/tc/nc level of performance. Still not there but closer.

no. The Paladin nerf was put in because even without jobs, AO has been unfairly powerful, which is why throughout most of the history of NS4, AO has usually been the second most popular faction (LA being the most popular). They need *some* downsides.

Mostly because the build options it open up are nice, but don't super-power the faction. In general, its a quality of life change - more options, but not necessarily stronger options and fixes nondwarf/gnome good aligned Wizards.

I wasn't there when it was powerful, there was a specific build? What particular build makes it powerful for you now?

Yes, its weaker on low population - so are a lot of specifics like heavy support builds and niche builds. Stronger are CoTs, mages and clerics - also single target burst/CC gods like stunners and HiPSer sneaks. Its a cycle, and its AO's weakest point - new players coming in, old players mia, lower population in general.

Lol, I'd rely like to pally in ao, but in all fairness, the pally/rdd combo is over the top... Without doing actual calculations, I think your close to 80 ac, 70 ab dragons with damage reduction and saves in the mid 50s or something like that... I rely don't want to fight that thing :p
