Whats the point of the anvil if people get lifted ????? I have no screen shot mainly because of this stupid computer but think about it, why would I lie about that ? Venge was on and if he was lookin at the log, he would have seen that I put gear in there. Thank you Venge for helping me with your personal gear when I was down and out. I'm sorry that you had to be the bigger man and come off of some of your gear.

Unsupported object used in never supported ways means no sympathy.
Different clients will allow you to see the other object used, can't blame Zing for not bothering to secure things that way (the anvil routes you to another object with an inventory that spawns below your character). Sure we hate that not everyone is playing the same game, but there's limits to what we can do reasonably.

As leader of PWnD I am shocked that this happened. I plan on taking steps to insure this stops NOW. To many new players and untagged players depend on a level respect and honesty when transferring items in the open areas of Avendale and Frostdale. For many people this is the only place that just asking someone to please help me; is respected and honored. Everyone does not have a guild hall chest to rely on to safely transfer items. As leader of PWnD I would ask that the item or items be returned to the owner asap. I will be talking to the person accused of the matter as well as the person wronged. As a long time player, guild leader, and actively concerned member of this server for many years. This is a very bad standard to set, let alone to be applied on to any guild or faction. In recent years this server has come together for some very enjoyable runs in mixed large groups. The pvp has been fairly well matched and even though our server numbers have been down at times the server endures.

To many new players and untagged players depend on a level respect and honesty when transferring items in the open areas of Avendale and Frostdale. For many people this is the only place that just asking someone to please help me; is respected and honored. Everyone does not have a guild hall chest to rely on to safely transfer items. II - Thou shalt not participate in or initiate any hostile actions in Avendell or Frostdale. this is to include within the signs of avendell crossing. You must control or dissmiss your summons and pets in these so that THEY do not participate in or initiate any hostile actions. This includes the areas inside the preliminary fences of Avendell. I hope you are not throwin a baseless accustation towards me.
In all fairness, the amount of blatant lies you have spouted forth lately, I doubt there was even any items stolen.
You attempted to transfer from one IO toon to another...
Now i wonder, why did you use avendell, The area you knew i was stood and not your guild chest ?
its convenient how you dont have any proof whatsoever.
Yet you somehow "Know" who it was.
Its funny all this, remember the other day how i accused you of playing a silly childish game in an attempt to besmirch my name, bait me and make me react to try and get me banned? and you then said in shout "Totally serious" and sent me a number of messages along the lines of "hahahahaha"
Im not playing this game with you. Like i have said to you many times, you need to get a grip, and grow up. You are supposed to be in your mid-thirties. Act like it.
I would also like to refer you to this JP:

Example: Being legally attacked, running for the gates of Avendell and crying foul when the Bigsby's Crushing Hand on you doesn't "magically" disappear."
DMs i rebuke his claim. If you would like to go through the logs of my characters, and through all their inventories to check this i will be fully cooperative in your investigations.
But like i said, it was me, popo, and JP online. So if hes not accusing popo, He is accusing me. I will not be made out the be a thief.

This is one of those times when it is better to not say anything. The anvil doesn't work like that. It doesn't sound to me like you and JP are talking about the same thing.

It is a PvP server, everybody SHOULDN't get along. The personal attacks need to stop immediately, though, or a few players are going to go missing. This means you.
The Anvil in Avendell has always been used for quick gear transfers between two toons who are located there. We have crossed this bridge before of items being taken/going missing from the Anvil. It is against the rules to take items that don't belong to you from the Anvil. Frostdale and Avendell are neutral areas and theft is not allowed there in particular.
That said, items that disappear from the Anvil will not be replaced by the staff, as this is a use of the Anvil mechanism contrary to what it was designed to do. In other words, use the Anvil at your own risk and if your item disappears, it is gone.
Anyone caught stealing in Avendell or Frostdale will be banned for an extended period, longer if necessary.
Read the server commandments and ask me or the other DMs to clarify anything you don't understand.
