Spell changes. Questions

There are no perma hast items because that haste is hardcoded into the game engine I would think.
Though the devs could always make a special version of haste that is useable once per rest, can't be dispelled, lasts 24 game hours, and toss it on an some boots.

there is an iten taht LA ppl get for doing some just which pretty much does just that.. except it's an misc item not boots.. so u dont have to wear it to use it.. i expcet other factiosn , once they have jobs, will have a similarly haste bestowing object...

Yeh, that's a exactly what I mean, the Messenger Speed Token.
+50% movement speed for 1turn/lvl at Master job level.
Would be nice if the item was useable once per rest, not once per 20 real minutes.
