Guild Restrictions.

Iwas curious what is and what isnt allowed with a guild when it comes to characters from another faction.

ill use =kSt= as an example.

1) Can i make a toon from another faction with the tag in its name.

2) Can i get a guild hall key.

3) Can i sport Guild colors.

4) Am i allowed to go inside the guild house.

I was considering making a PM but am wanting to keep the kst ties.

3) Alot more tricky, since you can'tt get a guild key you can't get the colors. How ever armors can be stolen, or won in faction defences, so even enemies can wear your guild colors.

4) Yes, and so are the enemies.

it is my understanding (and Netrom will be sure to step in if im wrong) that you can sport colors and make visits to the guildhall, but you cannot have a key or tag.

yeah. no key, no tag, just individual ties and colors if they want to let you do it.

Well, with dyes dropping now, anyone who collects the right combo of colors can imitate a guild's colors anyway. This was anticipated by the devs, which is why they said tags, not colors would be the main guild identifiers.

Also, a character needs a key to get dyed by the NPC. I slipped a couple of new mules into our hall the other day, but the NPC wouldn't dye them without a key.

Anyone can enter guildhalls if the door is left open, which is also supposed to be intentional. Just as that hall-breaker DD1.

DD1's not the only one who likes breaking into guild halls...hehe...(I may be racing DD1 to be the first uninvited guest of every guild hall...been in 2 already and am working on a third).

Yes, Jana Kiyruun broke into DD's guild several times now...and no I did not have Phiestra's help...DD, some of your members are getting sloppy...(I do have the ss of who your sloppy members are...you may be surprised...)

Good luck getting into [DW]'s guild hall. Im in the guild and cant get in on all but one of my characters lol. Its build like a fortress!
