It does look like an artifact. Very out-of-line for a level 9 weapon.

I've a weapon that I've found that I've never found before. Its called the Gnoll Dancing Flame Star. I'm guessing its the weapon that the Flamedancers use, but I've never seen it before. Neither have the other party members in my group (Arden O' Dearly [DW] and Toxonika =kSt=). Is this just a really, really rare unique drop from gnolls or a really rare gnollish artifact?

SUPER rare drop, but not an artifact. it is about as common as the dervish bow.

Gnoll Dancing Flame Star isn't that good anyway. It's a level 13 morningstar which is weaker than the Star of Morsatai and Star of the Vampire.

How do I add new weapon pages to the Wiki?

Nope, Valdur's items are not artifacts. In, fact they're relatively easy to get to. There should be at least one of the other items listed in the wiki.

Dragon's Bane - Greatsword
1d6 Negative Damage vs Dragons
Slashing Damage Bonus 2d12
Sonic Damage Bonus 1d8
Enchantment +4
Improved Saving Throw: +4 Fear
Keen
Massive Criticals 2d10
Light: Low 10m White

*Artifact* - Found in the Plane of Fire of a Fire spirit so I guessing that it is a Artifact

Im not sure but think lvl req is 20.
