generic level 16 gear?

I thought i read somewhere that the planes have a level 16 store, tried to get there from NC headquarters with my level 16 Char, says I am too weak... can I get there from another city? Thanks

dont expect to get lvl 16 gear at lvl 16... unless youre in a guild, or someone feels like being nice enough to give you some... or you metagame it.

That absolutely was not his question O dearly...anyway..

You have to be level 21 to go to the planes to a planar store to buy level 16 gear. Avendell store will buy level 16 gear if you find it and it drops. You can only purchase level 13 gear from the stores. Everything else either drops ingame or is purchased froma Planar store. Hope that helps answer your question.

A number of players will gladly sell or trade you level 16 gear of all types.

Most players worth playing with will give you the gear free

Just don't expect any lvl25 gear or higher to be free.
