Murder in Avedell

Post by Akron_the_Vile »

At around 21 I was recently finishing up talking to Spirit of HNs and Cent of the [Brethern] as a joke we were telling ghost stories at the fire in ave. Cent had just left the area to head back to the inn. Just as me and Spirit were about to follow suit to the far side of our vision a bright flash and a male townsfolk fell dead. We weren't sure if we were just seeing things or not for the body was gone when we blinked. As we moved closer to the site behind us another explosion this one oblivious occured and another died. Now spirit and I ran to investigate to see if any more would be claimed shortly after I caught a perfect glimpse of what happened for a smaller townsfolk exploded in a flash of light much like you get from a summoned solar. His body lay dead and I memorized the image I had seen:

Vastly and Paris soon joined me and are continuing to see if they spy any other murders but I'm just here to report on this dangerous series of murders in avedell it seems Aetharia now has new ghost stories to tell.
If it's 'Reflections' couldn't we actually be the Southern Coalition?

murder most foul

Yes it's true within a few minutes a well known Avendale home was engulfed in flame the occupants slain and the house itself full of stange beasts! Boggles and heat stealers who seemed to have an infinite supply of fire balls to hurl at us. When we had at last nearly overcome these arsonists their leader appeared and attacked us.

It was a site that I'm sure brought terror to every heart, green and terrible it was.... the Grinch. We all new that he was a mean one and though trembling with fear we engaged this horror. He was quick and slippery and could summon these huge boggle beasts in apparently infinite number so we had to keep the pressure on, chasing and battling him from screen to screen until we finally overcame him in Falme.

Crom was once again a hero in this action as were representatives of HNs Clad and something new Slave!

A noble and brave fight and more important absolutely hilarious after all the vicious Primus battles.
Vastly confused
