Ya know I was sitting here reading the change log, just going over stuff I already know cause I'm bored, and it occured to me how good you guys are at scripting. Even with the new diminishing returns on pots thing.
You have a script in place that shows the name of the person who killed you in your combat log.
You have a script in place where within a certain amount of screens of your home city you get gold pieces from killing hostile players.
You have a script on Reflections (which shows it is not a true reflection) that auto resets the server every 6 hours.
You have a script in place that remembers for each individual player the amounts of pots he/she consumes between rests.
Why not tie them all together?
Why can't you script it so that if you get killed by a player, not within range of your home city, their name is saved, and pvp between you and that char is disabled if it goes past 3 in 6 hours? Of course killing a player carrying a relic wouldn't count either.
And the counter resets during the automatic 6 hour server resets.
