You make a lot of assumptions there, Junksta...
if these things were not taken our or reduced, it unbalances mages
why would a tank even attempt to fight a mage if these things remained?
flesh to stone and bigbys has got to be the biggest load of crap i seen bioware give mages yet
its gotta be removed
Flesh to Stone and the Bigby's Hand spells are straight out of the 3e Players Handbook, unlike the Isaac's spells. And yes, they are powerful. My wizzie in PnP has his 'decapitator special' - Bigby's Grasping Hand followed up with Mordenkainen's Sword. Sixth and seventh level spell slots don't come cheaply or easily - spells of those levels should be powerful.
On the other hand, a fighter can make a hash of a wizards' best plans. Even with the -10 from Bigby's Interposing Hand, you're not likely to miss the mage all that often, since his AC is probably going to be low. Having a friend nearby with a bow will help to disrupt his spells, as will having your own mage buddy to cast buffs and barriers for you. But, even one on one, the fighter can generally survive the first spell hit (assuming it's a damaging spell) and get in close enough to make the mage regret it.
Don't go demanding nerfs until we've had a chance to see how it plays out. Otherwise we might as well just skip all pretense at balance and give everyone God Armor and 40 levels right now. Yeah, sure, that'll be fun.
