lol you should try wow world pvp - there are no relogging or camping rules, people do it all the time, but it works itself out and gives you new challenges to overcome.
on ns4 you get a free respawn to your bind point and don't have to run your ghost back to your body to rez at half health only to be killed again, there are tons of places to level at any lvl and you can shout or tell for help even when you're dead (unlike wow) so I really don't see any need for the rules in the 1st place myself - no rules mean more pvp, and more even-ground pvp since you;d be able to relog a better toon to handle the 'situation'.
