Shifters.... the bane of the server

Well, this has been a nice if rather unproductive thread.

The devs are aware of the problem, its not as if we never log in just to play and have fun too, so we too get hit with the same issues that every other player has to deal with. However as some of the responses indicate they do not have a magic scripting wand to just make it fixed *poof*.

We cant disable shifters at this point, how do you debug something that wont happen again? They have put some tracking scripts in to try and narrow the problem down and are diligently trying to fix the issue, cause it messes with their limited game time as much as those of you with no lives (no names).

Let me close with, if you think you know better or can do better than by all means do so, and remember to drop us a line so that we can check out the module you have built.

If the thread gets started again, how about trying to be constructive, cause there isnt a single constructive comment in this one.

It was brought attention that there was a constructive comment made so I owe Myrdyr an apology.
A player can always look to see if any shifters are playing before logging in.
