auto-fail/auto-save... on or off?

I noticed that I made a successful save with a roll of 1. I remember things used to be on auto-fail for 1, auto-save for 20. So I asked over general chat and got a variety of responses. So.... is it on, is it supposed to be on, or ???

Auto-success on 20 is still active, but we began noticing some bugs with auto-fail on 1 about six months ago, so it's been off since then. Personally I loved felling the most powerful dragon-builds with a lucky Destruction, but hey, that's just me

yeah, the auto success on 20 just feels more cheesy without the auto fail 1.
