Headless toons

I'm sure this has been asked a million times before, but what do I download / do to get certain PCs from appearing 'headless'? I've been looking all over the forums/wiki and can't find anything.

I think the most comon is cep, tho uyou can never be totaly safe as ppl can play on many diffrent servers with diffrent hak packs...

isnt there a ghost helmet that makes you go headless? in the NC territory? not sure now, but in beta there was i remember.

The most common cause of it is someone else downloading overrides. Their toon has a head that you don't have on your machine, so the are "headless". On their machine they have a head.
