New page

Armor follows a predictable pattern. Armor typically gives immunity to a damage type, and resistance to a damage type. Armor also usually gives an AC bonus as well.

*Level 1: Masterwork Iron/Tailored, +1 AC, 5% immunity
*Level 5: Masterwork Steel/Masterwork, +2 AC, 10% immunity, resist 5/-
*Level 9: Enhanced Steel/Enhanced Fine, +3 AC, 15% immunity, resist 5/-
*Level 13: Enchanted Mithril/Enchanted, +3 AC, 20% immunity, resist 10/-
*Level 16: Imbued Mithril/Imbued, +3 AC, 25% immunity, resist 10/-
*Level 20: armors tend to be +4 AC, 25% immunity, and 15/- resistance
*Level 25 Golden Mithril, +5 AC, 25% immunity and 15/- resistance
*Level 30 Imbued Adamantine +6 AC, 25% immunity, and 20/- resistance.
*Crafted Armors go up to Crafted Silvery and Crafted Imbued Armor with a level requirement of 20.

Immunity and resistance types available in shops vary depending on armor types:

There are also cloth, light armor, medium armor and heavy armor that come come in 3 different forms: layered, mesh and reinforced. Each of these three types offers immunity and damage resistance against 1 damage type:

*Layered: protects against bludgeoning
*Mesh: protects against piercing
*Reinforced: protects against slashing

Unique armors may deviate from these patterns and add other abilities as well. For more information, see the individual armor descriptions below.
