Crosiers have been replaced with Chronicles. Visit Robert Grimhorn in the Giant Stagged Inn located on the Eastern Slope to convert these to Chronicles of Cunning.

Note 4: Visit Robert Grimhorn located in the Giant Staggered Inn at the Eastern Slope to bank crosiers and ultimately charge a magical scepter provided by him to obtain a book.
